
CHRISTINE MACINALLY Founder/Acting/Musical Theater teacher
Students of Christine have been accepted to top-notch theater colleges and conservatories including the Boston Conservatory, The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, Ithaca, Carnegie Mellon, University of Michigan, Wagner, Fordham, and the Chicago College of Performing Arts. She also trains promising younger students to become competitive candidates for their choice of conservatory or college.
Christine launched her professional career in Canadian regional theater with leading roles in Jesus Christ Superstar, Kiss Me Kate, A Chorus Line, Dracula and Gypsy, just to name a few. She has choreographed and directed the World Premier of Giggalo and Giggalet, Monsters, The Love Note, and Casablanca the Musical. Other favorite shows include Tommy, Once On This Island, Joseph and the Amazing…., Jesus Christ Superstar, Zombie Prom, Bye Bye Birdie, Cabaret, Pippin, Anything Goes, Pirates, Bat Boy, Guys and Dolls and many others.
Christine assisted with the implementation of the musical theater curriculum at the Walnut Hill School in Natick, MA with Joe Cabral and served as the choreographer in the summer program for ten years. Christine developed and co-directed the Nobles Collective Summer Intensive Theater Program with Dan Halperin. Christine has worked with High Schools and colleges throughout the USA and Canada.
In 2001, Christine founded The Performance Factory, which focuses on outstanding training in musical theater, acting, dance and audition technique.
Christine is a graduate from The Boston Conservatory. A native of Toronto, she has been practicing and teaching in the performing arts for over 25 years.

MAK KRAMER Headshot photographer
Mak is an award winning photographer who's work is included in both corporate and private collections. After earning doctorates from both Columbia and Harvard Universities, Mak attended the New England School of Photography and the Fine Arts Work Center. Photographic disciplines include headshots and documentary. Mak maintains Studio C in the SOWA section of Boston and is very excited to be a part of PACA.
SHAWN WHITAKER Videographer
For the past nine years and counting, Shawn is serving as Vice President of Operations for one of the most successful corporate video production companies in New England. Under his leadership, that firm has built an amazing client list and superior portfolio that has won numerous awards.
In 2005, Shawn created Pixelle Media to find other outlets to fuel his passion for video production. Deep expertise in the corporate video world, a firm grasp of emerging technologies, and a strong desire to solve client’s problems is what makes Shawn so successful. He finds that working with theater students is very fulfilling and looks forward to filming top notch pre-screens for PACA students.
SUZANNE COSTAS Director of Admissions Counseling
Suzanne oversees the college application process for PACA clients. This includes working with students and their parents, in conjunction with PACA founder Christine MacInally, to build a “best list” of schools based on the applicant’s artistic and academic strengths; providing guidance on writing superior college essays; and consulting about the college application process.
Suzanne, a former journalist, has taught writing and literature to undergraduates at Mount Ida College and Lasell College, and to graduate students at Babson College. She is co-author of a book on marketing and helps support arts organizations with marketing, fundraising, and event planning. She has a master’s degree in English from NYU and a bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology
from Tufts University. Her oldest daughter is an actor.
